Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout mainland UK including England, Wales, and Scotland and are currently working on getting our Europe services back up and running.

If you require shipping to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland, you must select the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland from the Country drop-down box when you enter the delivery address during checkout. When selecting postage option, please ensure you chose the non-Mainland delivery, if you are not sure what qualifies for this, you can check the postcode table at the bottom of this page. Please note Next Day delivery is not available to these areas. This will be a 3–5 working day service. Saturday and Sunday Delivery is also not available to these destinations. For further details on orders requiring delivery to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland please contact us on info@365drinks.co.uk

Please note our couriers do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO numbers.

Delivery Date request for an Order

You can specify a delivery date request for products ordered from the Gifts Department or if you choose a Gift Box Option. If your order is not a Gift, you can enter a delivery date request in the "Shipping Instructions" box during checkout. This information will then be picked up by the dispatch warehouse to action. We will try our best to ensure the parcel arrives on the date specified.

Track your Order

Once an order has been processed, an email is sent to the invoice email address confirming the order has been processed and assigned with a tracking number. Within this email will also be a tracking link to track the progress of the order. We provide multiple reliable delivery couriers to suit your needs, all featuring live tracking and real-time delivery updates. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, Parcelforce 24, DPD and DHL E-Commerce for a seamless delivery experience. Depending on which service your order has been fulfilled with you can track the parcel using the guide below.

DHL E-Commerce

DHL eCommerce tracking ID is made up of 16 numerical digits (e.g. 60123456789123 ). Track, re-arrange and manage all your DHL E-commerce deliveries in one place and on the go. Search for DHL eCommerce UK in the App Store and Google Play and download the app to track your parcel. You can live track your shipment and get the delivery rearranged to be delivered to your neighbour or a safe space if you know you won’t be in.

DPD E-Commerce

These tracking numbers 9/10 or 14 digits long often ending in a letter, for example 155054491234123A or 54491234123. You can effortlessly track your DPD parcels using their free and user-friendly parcel tracking tool. If you want to know where your DPD parcel is, you can monitor it with Track & Trace. Use your 14-digit parcel number or your reference number for this, you will have received this in an email from us once the order has been processed.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail tracking numbers are typically between 9 and 27 characters long and can be made up of letters, numbers, or both. For example, a tracking number could be: JV620553954GB. If your item has been sent with Royal Mail it will be using the Tracked 48 delivery service which means you can track it at every step of the way. Using the track and trace website, you can input your reference/tracking number which will be emailed to you and make delivery adjustments including rearranging a delivery or choosing a safe space.

Parcel Force

A tracking number consists of 2 letters and 7 numbers (e.g. AA1234567). As soon as you receive a Parcelforce tracking number via email, you can track your parcel delivery with the ‘track a parcel’ tool from Parcelforce Worldwide. You can track from shipment to delivery.
